Post to All Social Media at Once: What the $19 Plan Covers

Every plan lists the same features. A bigger plan adds accounts, users, workspaces and AI credits.

To post to all social media at once on AdaptlyPost, the $19 Creator plan covers 30 accounts spread over 13 social networks, and its multi-platform posting page counts WordPress blogs as a 14th place to publish. Here is what Creator gives you:

  • Every network in one composer. X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Tumblr and Google Business Profile.
  • Unlimited scheduled posts, as text, images, video or carousels.
  • 150 AI credits a month for captions and images. The pricing page lists a caption at 2 credits, its changelog says one request captions every account you picked for 1 credit, and your own AI key spends none.
  • One login and one workspace. Teams and clients need Pro, covered below.

How to Post to All Social Media at Once on the $19 Plan

Connect once. After that, each post is three steps from going everywhere.

Here is how to post to all social media at once on the $19 plan, in the four steps AdaptlyPost's multi-platform posting page gives:

  • Connect each account once. Creator links up to 30, a few clicks apiece.
  • Write the post one time. Add your text, then images, a video or a carousel.
  • Tick the networks. Each version is adjusted to that network's character limit, and the AI Caption Copilot can write a different caption for each network from one prompt.
  • Publish now or schedule it. Each network can get its own time, and a calendar shows everything queued.

One post reaches one account on each network. AdaptlyPost's help pages say the networks' terms forbid the same content on two accounts of one network, so a second Instagram account needs its own version, with a renamed or re-exported file and new text.

In our own account, the X version of each three-network post is shorter than the Instagram one, and Instagram gets hashtags that X and Threads don't. All of it sits in one post.

Cheapest Way to Post to Multiple Social Media Accounts at Once

Publer reaches 13 places too, and bills $108 for 30 accounts. Creator bills $19.

The cheapest paid way on our list to post to multiple social media accounts at once is AdaptlyPost's Creator plan from 5 to 30 accounts, because $19 covers every count in that range, with SoMePoster tied at 5 and 10. Below are the networks each tool's own site lists and the monthly price for one user on the cheapest plan that fits, read or worked out from each pricing page on November 1, 2026 and rechecked November 2:

Networks listed, and monthly price by account count
ToolNetworks10 accounts30 accounts
AdaptlyPost13$19$19
Metricool11$25$25
SoMePoster35$19$79
Later8$50$80
SocialBee10$44$104
Publer13$36$108
SocialPilot10$42$110
Buffer12$60$135
Hootsuite10$99$199

Metricool's 11 include X as an add-on at $10 a month per X account and LinkedIn on paid plans only, and its $25 covers up to 5 brands. Publer's 13 count WordPress, leaving 12 social networks. SoMePoster's 35 count blogs, newsletters and apps such as Notion and Slack, and every SoMePoster plan caps X posts. Later dropped X in August 2025, and Hootsuite prices each user, with its rates shown billed yearly.

Under 5 accounts, other tools cost less: Publer is $12 for 3 accounts and $16 for 4, and Buffer is $18 for 3 channels.

X Links in a Cross-Post: The Catch to Know Before You Buy

It touches one network, and only the link.

X links in a cross-post are the catch to know before you buy: on AdaptlyPost's normal subscription plans, the X copy of your post carries its link as plain text, so example.com shows up as example. com and can't be tapped.

The reason is money. AdaptlyPost's tool docs put it on X, which charges over 10 times more to publish a post with a link, and Gigazine reported X's new API rates: from April 20, 2026, a post with a link costs $0.20 through the API, against $0.015 for one without.

Only the X copy changes. Most of our own X versions end with "Link in bio.", and the Threads version carries the URL. If a tappable link on X is the reason you post there, AdaptlyPost's subscription plans are the wrong tool for your X account.

Free Trial: Post Everywhere for 7 Days Before You Pay

There's no free plan, so the week is your test drive.

The free trial lets you post everywhere for 7 days before you pay, on whichever plan you choose, Creator included. Its terms, from AdaptlyPost's pricing FAQ, support pages, changelog and tool docs, reread November 2, 2026:

  • Starting the trial runs a $0 check on your card, and the trial comes with a set number of X posts.
  • Cancel inside the 7 days and the trial stops at once, with nothing charged.
  • If the week ends before you pick a plan, your posts stay viewable, and scheduling and publishing switch back on once you pay.
  • No contract holds you. Cancel from the Billing page whenever you like and keep access until the paid period ends.
  • AdaptlyPost's refund page promises your money back within 14 days of a purchase, no questions asked. Its terms limit that to your first subscription payment and leave out renewals and AI credits you've used.

Is Cross-Posting a Good Idea? The Plan Features That Make It Fit

Copy-paste posting is what gives cross-posting its bad name.

Cross-posting is a good idea when each network gets a version that fits it, and the plan features that make it fit all come with Creator:

  • Length. Each version is adjusted to the network's character limit automatically.
  • Captions. The AI Caption Copilot writes one for each network from a single prompt, and our own posts carry different text on X and Instagram.
  • Hashtags. They're tuned to each network.
  • Timing. Each network can go out at its own time, with a calendar of the whole plan.

Post to All Social Media at Once for Clients: Pro Plan Price

One workspace per client keeps each brand's accounts apart.

To post to all social media at once for clients, the Pro plan price is $39 a month for 3 workspaces, 3 team members and 60 accounts, so every client's networks sit in a workspace of their own. Enterprise is $89 a month for 10 workspaces, 10 members and 100 accounts. A Contributor can only draft, so their posts wait for an Admin or Editor to schedule them.

AdaptlyPost Review: Is Posting to Every Network at Once Worth It?

42 posts sent to two or three networks at once, none of them stuck half-sent.

Our AdaptlyPost review of posting to every network at once comes from two brands of our own, and we think it is worth it from 5 accounts up if your X posts can do without clickable links. Our second brand's image posts go to X, Instagram and Threads together: 26 published by November 2, 2026, and 58 more queued through December 29, each with its own X and Instagram caption. Twenty of our first brand's posts go to a LinkedIn company page and X together, 16 published so far and 4 queued.

The only trouble came on single-network posts: YouTube Shorts failed from October 12 to 17 on a shared upload quota until we added YouTube's backup connector, and once more on October 31, and each went out on a retry. We counted our posts through AdaptlyPost's MCP connector. Our account isn't on the Creator plan, so take limits from the plan table. AdaptlyPost pays us when you buy through our links, and we know its developer through a business community.

Post to All Social Media at Once: Questions

How do I post to all social media at once?

To post to all social media at once, connect every account to one scheduler, write the post, tick the networks, then publish or schedule it. AdaptlyPost does this for one account on each of 13 networks on its $19 plan.

Is there an app that combines all social media?

An app that combines all social media in one place is a scheduler with every network connected. AdaptlyPost combines 13 networks in one composer for $19 a month, and Publer combines 12 plus WordPress, priced per account.

Is crossposting a good idea?

Crossposting is a good idea if every network gets a version made for it: the right length, its own caption and hashtags, and a time that suits its audience.

Is there a free way to post to all social media at once?

A free way to post to all social media at once is a capped free plan, though none covers every network. Buffer's free plan holds 3 channels with 10 scheduled posts each, and Publer's holds 3 accounts, without X, at 10 scheduled posts per account. AdaptlyPost has a 7-day trial instead.

Can I post to Instagram and TikTok at the same time?

You can post to Instagram and TikTok at the same time from one AdaptlyPost post, since both are among its 13 networks, and each can carry a caption of its own.

Does scheduling posts to every network hurt reach?

Scheduling posts to every network doesn't hurt reach on Instagram, according to its head, Adam Mosseri, who said in March 2025 and in August 2026 that scheduled posts don't affect reach. Kontentino's write-up names what does: watch time, sends, original content and no watermark from another app.
